Maintenance & Support Maintenance & Support Packages Service Level Agreement

Although all our software is developed to reduce the need for post-installation support, we strongly believe it makes you feel safe and secure with your product.

Website maintenance includes revising, editing, or otherwise changing existing web pages to keep your website up to date. The periodic addition of new web pages is also part of maintenance services.

Our standard program includes promotion to search engines and directories, content updates, re-design web pages, update images, and support via telephone and e-mail.
